And clarity thrives in the Co-Op.

Maybe you started your small business a few years ago, but now you’ve lost your passion.
Or business is good, but you’re struggling to make it great.
Maybe you’re not sure what your next steps are.
Or, you are on information overload. You’ve learned more than you ever thought possible but don’t have the time to implement everything you’ve learned.
No matter how you got here, you don’t have to stay stuck here. I’ve been there, and it sucks.
The Clarity Co-Op: A transformative online workshop and mastermind group for female microbusiness owners
Is it a workshop or a mastermind group?
Yes!
The power of a workshop is in-depth learning in a short amount of time. But, the problem with a traditional workshop is there is no accountability to implement what you’ve just learned.
And let’s be honest, we’ve all invested more money than we’d like to admit in training/workshops that left us stoked, but that excitment quickly faded once we got back into our work routine.
Mastermind groups are incredibly powerful in providing accountability and actionable solutions. But, if you don’t have clarity of purpose and vision, you can waste valuable time and energy being held accountable on crap that doesn’t move the needle in your business or life.
The Clarity Co-Op was designed to meet the unique needs of a female microbusiness owner. It is a hybrid of a workshop and mastermind group. You’ll learn new tools and strategies to help you get clarity and better manage your business from business coach Windy Lawson. And you’ll have a support group to help you work through the implementation, and provide actionable solutions take your business to the next level.

That’s awesome, babe. But do you?
See, sometimes we know exactly what we want. And sometimes we think we know what we want but our choices indicate that we don’t really want what we think we want. Sometimes it’s evident that we’re out of alignment, but sometimes it’s not.
In The Clarity Co-Op, you’ll get clarity on:
- What success really means to you at the deepest level
- What one thing can solve all of your problems
- A clear framework for achieving the success you crave
- What’s actually working for you, and what needs to get pitched ASAP
- How to accelerate your growth
- How to overcome any obstacle
This process won’t just change your business. It will change your life!

The Format. During the first four calls, the focus will be on receiving specific coaching, with tools to help with clarity, decision-making, time management and overcoming obstacles. The remaining calls will be a coordinated forum for all mastermind members to work through specific challenges in their businesses.
Private Group. Gain access to an exclusive Mastermind member community, hosted by coach Windy Lawson.
Accountability Groups: If we were meeting in person, you’d have tablemates to work through coaching exercises and accountability. In our mastermind, we will recreate that experience using online accountability groups.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many people are in the mastermind group? This experience is designed to be intimate! We will accept a maximum of 20 female entrepreneurs into each group.
Are the sessions recorded? The first four weeks of our program include in-depth training, so those sessions will be recorded and available in the group for replay.
The following sessions will be peer-led as the group works through each members’ challenges. Those sessions will not be recorded.
The single most important aspect of a mastermind is showing up & participating fully. In a mastermind, you must be present to win. If your current schedule conflicts with the time & dates outlined, I recommend that you join the email list to be notified of the next mastermind opportunity.
How is this different from free groups? Paid mastermind groups experience greater accountability, commitment and authentic engagement than free groups. It is human nature to value that which we pay for. If you’re going to invest your time and energy in a group, you want to make it count. And that happens when everyone is financially invested in her growth.
Do you limit business categories? A spirit of collaboration is at the core of the female microbusiness mastermind, so business categories are not limited. Often, other business owners who provide a similar offering can provide the most valuable insight to our greatest struggles.
When is the next mastermind? Dates are released throughout the year. To get notified when the next mastermind is open for registration, sign up for the sample lesson and you’ll be the first to know when the next cohort is announced.
